Phresh, LLC is an agriculture company that uses hydroponics, controlled environment agriculture, and vertically integrated agriculture to provide fresh high quality produce year round to the Minneapolis-St. Paul community. Although it is just lettuce today we plan to extend our product offering in the future. Our goal is to give people the option to fill their fridge and pantries with high quality, locally sourced, herbicide and pesticide free produce any time of the year.

Best Storage Practices

After purchasing Phresh greens it is important to get them refrigerated as soon as possible. Lettuce should be stored at 40° F. Colder temperatures may cause the product to wilt. With proper storage the lettuce should remain good for two weeks past the harvest date. We recommend consumption within 10 days for the best flavor. If the paper towel in the container becomes overly damp, simply replace it with a fresh towel.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide sustainable, fresh, quality produce to our customers. 


Sustainable: Through our unique vertically integrated hydroponic farming process we are capable of controlling all aspects of the growing environment. This allows us to avoid using pesticides and herbicides while also producing no waste water runoff. Our packaging is 100% recyclable. We strive to be environmentally conscious in everything we do.


Fresh: Produce is always best eaten as close to harvest as possible, in terms of geography and chronology. Our goal is to have Phresh produce in the customers' hands within 24 hours of harvest. We limit our delivery radius, always provide a harvest date on packages, and sell directly to consumers to ensure our product is as Phresh as it gets.


Quality: We have the highest quality standards for our produce. Every product sold is personally inspected. We observe our crops daily through the growing process and clean every inch of our planting, production, and harvesting facility between each crop. The hydroponic growing method vastly decreases the risk of E. Coli from lettuce consumption. With no herbicide, pesticide, manure, or overhead watering our products do not need to be washed upon delivery and are ready to eat as soon as they are in your hands.
